Green Space Tender Brief reads Find a Tender and Contracts Finder every morning. When it launches, it will email you only the grass cutting, grounds maintenance, landscaping, arboriculture and weed-control tenders — each explained in plain English, with the deadline, value, region and a link to the official notice. It will also show who won similar contracts and for how much, and which contracts are ending soon so you can get ready before the re-tender.

What's in each email
New tenders you can bid for
Buyer, region, value, contract length, deadline with days left, a plain-English summary, and flags such as TUPE, frameworks, mandatory site visits, insurance levels and accreditations (CHAS, NPTC, Lantra…) when the notice mentions them.
Early notices
Planned procurement and market-engagement notices, so you can talk to the buyer before the tender opens.
Who won what, for how much
Award notices in your trade with the winning supplier and contract value — the best guide to the price a buyer will pay.
Renewal radar
Contracts whose current term ends in 3–12 months, with the current supplier and value: new ones each day, and every Monday the full list ending in the next 3–6 months. Some tender tools charge £49–£75+ a month for contract-expiry tracking.

Why this price: general UK tender services cost £75–£170+ a month (Stotles Basic from £75/month; Tenders Direct from £1,359/year). This covers one trade only, so it can cost less. You can also search the official portals yourself for free — we save you the daily checking and filtering, and add award prices and renewals.
Honest limits
- We cover Find a Tender and Contracts Finder (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland notices published there). We don't yet cover Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales or buyers' own portals, so some local quotes never reach us.
- Matching uses CPV codes and keywords. In our hand-checks of random samples, 80–92% of matched tenders were genuinely grounds/landscaping/tree work (latest check: 46 of 50); a few borderline ones (for example play-area or park works) get through, and a few vague titles may be missed.
- Summaries are produced by software from the official notice, without human review. Always read the official notice before bidding.
- Renewal dates come from award notices. A contract ending doesn't guarantee a re-tender: the buyer may extend it or use a framework.
